Hans' Sausage & Delicatessen: A Gourmet Haven for Meat Lovers

As a German, I can attest that the absolute best German products are available here. Everything from my childhood and youth can be found here, and it's all of the best quality. The owners are super nice and I was able to chat with them for a long time. The sausage and meat are fresh and the sausages are prepared just like in Germany. Unfortunately, that's very rare in the USA. In my year and a half of traveling around the continent, I haven't yet found any store-bought products of this quality. The prices aren't cheap, but because everything is imported and they're all specialties, that's OK. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop by again.

Excellent variety of German products and an authentic meat and sausage department (Fleischtheke). You want to check expiration dates though.

Ever want a taste of Germany? This is the place. Authentic deli meats, authentic shelf items (candy & sweets, condiments, canned and jarred items) and German themed mugs and knick-nacks. Worth the visit. This was my first time and I'll be back.

Simply wonderful. The ham, smoked beef(!), the Lachsschinken, the blood beef tongue, oh my! Completely made on the premises, completely delicious and well balanced. A jewel of the community.

Such an incredible deli!! Hands down the best deli meats I've ever had on a sandwich. Tried German saurkraut for the first time and its a game changer. Way better than normal American saurkraut Ive had before. Super friendly staff that were happy to give suggestions and tell us about products under the glass we were curious about. We will be back again soon. This place is incredible!
